According to kissnews.de KISS will add an additional night in Mexico city on October 1st 2010. The South American leg of the 2010 tour appears to have now 4 dates:
28 September Monterrey
30 September Mexico city
01 October Mexico city
02 October Guadalajara

PAUL STANLEY:I WAS ADAMANT THAT PSYCHO CIRCUS WOULDN'T BE THE LAST KISS ALBUM
Paul Stanley recently spoke with Eric R. Danton from Ctnow.com about a few topics. here some exerpts. "I was adamant that Psycho Circus wouldn't be the last KISS album," he says. "If there had to be a last album, we should end on a higher note than that. It was difficult to make an album with two band members and two lawyers. Those lawyers didn't play instruments very well, and the guys who could have been in the studio weren't." This time, all four members were involved in writing songs for the album, which Stanley produced. They recorded quickly, keen on capturing the spark of early takes before the songs got rehearsed to death. More

Paul: "Sono sempre stato convinto che Psycho Circus non sarebbe stato l'ultimo album dei KISS. Se mai ci dovesse essere un ultimo album, avremmo dovuto finire con un ben altro lavoro. TOMMY THAYER:IT'S AN HONOUR TO BE DOING WHAT I'M DOING

Marko Syrjala from MetalRules.com recently posted an interview with Tommy done back when KISS was touring Europe, here few excerpts:

How does it feel to be the Spaceman nowadays?
“Laughs”, it always feels good to be the Spaceman. I like to tell people, I truly believe it’s an honor to be doing what I’m doing, I’m so fortunate to be in this position. I just try to do the best I can and I feel more confident every month and year that goes by.

So it’s getting better all the time?
Yeah, that’s natural, I mean especially with the release of SONIC BOOM it has definitely helped me make more my own stamp on things but still be very much part of KISS and sounding like KISS just the way it should be - things don’t happen overnight and good things take time and that’s what I feel like we are at and I feel good, very good. More

KISS TO RECORD VENUS AND MARS

Recently Gene Simmons talked to Nikki M. Mascali from the Weekender.

Among many old Gene's adagios he said that KISS was in L.A. to record “Venus and Mars” for an upcoming Paul McCartney tribute album.

He confirmed Paul's quote about a possible new album next year and he had sweet words on Eric Carr - It’s been nearly 19 years since Carr died of heart cancer, and Simmons said that the drummer, who was in Kiss from 1980 until his death in 1991, surely would have returned to reprise his Fox character after Criss left for good. “Sure, oh yeah,” Simmons said, his voice adopting a reverent tone. “He was a sweetheart and a hell of a drummer. He could write, he could sing. It was very tragic what happened to him, but I’ll tell you that Eric Singer carries on the tradition.” More

NEW ADDITIONS IN SETLIST SOON?

DeuceNews got word that soon KISS will add new songs from Sonic Boom in the setlist. Since the US leg of the Alive 35 Tour KISS rehearsed few songs they haven't played yet in concert, such as Never Enough, Russian Roulette and Danger Us. Also recently KISS rehearsed Never Enough (second single from Sonic Boom) at soundchecks...

DeuceNews ha ricevuto infomazioni che presto i KISS aggiungereanno altri pezzi tratti da Sonic Boom nella loro setlist.
