PAUL STANLEY AT ELTON JOHN'S PARTY

The 20th annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party has raised $5.25 million for the fight against HIV/AIDS. Hosted by Sir Elton John and David Furnish, Sunday's event was co- sponsored by the Swiss jeweler and watchmaker Chopard, Neuro, a maker of nutritional drinks, and Wells Fargo. Elton John pledged to the Hollywood community 20 years ago that he would hold the event every year until a cure for HIV/AIDS had been found. Among gests long time friend Paul Stanley.

MONSTER TOUR TO KICK OFF IN SOUTH AMERICA??
According to an unconfirmed post on the Brazilian news paper Destakjornal.com.br KISS Monster tour MIGHT begin in South America in July, two months before the CD release date apparently set for September. Dates and venues will be set soon . Last time KISS played in Brazil three years ago on the successful "Alive35 Tour".

DeuceNews.com got words from the KISS camp what reported by Destak Jornal is incorrect and not true. We will wait for Tour official announcement on KOL.

In the fall KISS will embark in a almost two years tour throughout USA (probably with Mötley Crüe as opening act), Europe, Japan and Australia, while the KISS Kruise II will sail October 31st.

Secondo un articolo non confermato sul giornale Brasiliano Destakjornal.com.br, il Monster tour portebbe iniziare in Sud America, due mesi prima della data di uscita del CD apparentemente fissata per Settembre. Date e luoghi saranno fissati presto. KISS hanno suonato in Brasile l'ultima volta tre anni fa per l'Alive35 Tour.

Ci è stato comunicato dal KISS management che quanto riportato da Destak Jornal non è corretto e non corrisponde al vero, aspettiamo ulteriori notizie.

I KISS hanno in programma un tour lungo quasi due anni che li porterà negli USA (con i Mötley Crüe), Europa, Giappone e Australia, mentre la seconda KISS crociera salperà il 31 di Ottobre.

Gene Simmons revealed worldwide plans with Sanrio character last June. Sanrio revealed the first crossover goods that it is creating with the American rock band KISS. Four plush figures reimagine the four KISS band members, as they appeared on the jacket cover from the band's Dynasty album. The release date and price have not been set yet, but Sanrio and KISS also displayed keyholders, cases, and other character goods.

Recently we talked about the new "Monster Logo" registration as KISS Catalog. Digging among the numbers of  KISS CATALOG LTD trade marks, we discovered that even the famous war scream "YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT THE BEST" is a registered one by Paul&Gene's company!!! While it seems "DESTROYER" and "KISS SONIC BOOM" are dead ones and free to be applied!!

Recentemente abbiamo parlato del nuovo "Logo Monster" registrato come marchio dalla KISS CATALOG LTD, leggendo i diversi marchi, abbiamo scoperto che anche il famoso grido di guerra "YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT THE BEST" è un marchio registrato dalla società Paul & Gene! Mentre sembra che sis "DESTROYER" che "KISS SONIC BOOM" siano decaduti e quindi liberi per essere depositati!

NEW "MONSTER" COSTUMES IN THE WORKS

Over the last few months both Eric and Tommy talked to fans about KISS having new costumes in the works. According to a post on the KISSFaq Forum it seems new costumes will be ready for the upcoming Monster tour. "It sounds like Gene's new costume will have a very Sam-like creature as part of the outfit, wrapping around his upper section."

Sia Eric che Tommy parlando con i fans hanno più volte detto che ci fosse la possibilità di vedere i KISS con nuovi costumi per il prossimo Monster Tour. Secondo un post apparso su KISSFaq Forum recentemente sembra che i costumi siano una realtà. "Sembra che il nuovo costume di Gene abbia la parte superiore simile al famosissimo serpente che appariva sul palco negli anni '70."

DESTROYER DELUXE ED. PUSHED BACK TO APRIL 17 (from Blabbermouth.net)

The release date of the deluxe 35th-anniversary edition of KISS' classic fourth album, "Destroyer", has been pushed back to April 17. The two-disc set will feature remixes of the original LP by producer Bob Ezrin, outtakes from the 1976 album sessions as well as the LP's original cover art. Ken Kelly's original version of the album cover for "Destroyer" was rejected by the record company because they felt the scene was too violent-looking. Also, the original version had the members of KISS wearing the "Alive" costumes.

La riedizione di Destroyer con la copertina originale di Ken Kelly e l'inclusione dei demo delle recording sessions uscirà non questo mese ma il 17 di Aprile.
